A propos Y-Ling Chi

I am a health economist working in global health and currently based at the Center for Global Development working with the Global Health and Development Group and the International Decision Support Initiative. I have experience working in many global institutions (among others World Bank, Global Fund, OECD) on issues around health financing, provider payment and the use of economic evaluation to inform health policies. I am a super keen follower of all global health news, in general. At CGD, I currently support the HIV programmes in Kenya on a project to evaluate differentiated care models (and a Quality Improvement programme) for anti-retroviral therapy, conducted with the the National AIDS and STI Control Program and the National AIDS Control Council and the Global Fund to Fight Against AIDS, TB and Malaria and UNITAID. I also work on the convergence between vertical disease programs and UHC, as well as with the Joint Learning Network on systematic priority setting.
