A propos Elina Dale

Elina M. Dale, PhD is a health financing specialist with ten years of experience in design and implementation of health system strengthening reforms, policy analysis, and research in global health. She joined WHO, Geneva in late 2014 as a Technical Officer in Health Financing Policy Unit. Prior to joining WHO in Geneva, she was a post-doctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Department of International Health, where she also completed her PhD. Her research at Hopkins focused on performance-based financing, job satisfaction and motivation, and quality of care.
