Provide technical and implementation assistance to the national PIC in the implementation of the RBF in the target Regions and contribute to institutional strengthening of the MOHSW RBF committee, NaNA and PIC. Support in the implementation of data management and analysis at the all levels and the proper integration of RBF database with DHIS2. Oversee the training of staff in the use of the data management system. Provide quality assurance support to ensure that internal verification and payments for health providers follow the prescribed technical and operational methodology. Coordinate the annual review process for the project to assess progress, identify areas for improvement. Customize a user-friendly RBF user manual, targeting front-line health workers, Village Development Committees (VDCs) and Village Support Groups (VSGs), and regional health staff. Support in the development of mentorship plan for the project. Develop a mechanism for performance reviews by facilities and communities contracted under the project. Support the PMO in building RHTs capacity to manage such reviews and produce reports for the national PIC summarizing key technical and operational issues from such reviews. Guide the community structures and communities in developing and reviewing community action plans. Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and lessons learned on the RBF in The Gambia locally and internationally
