“The Cambodia Integrated HIV/AIDs and Drug Use Intervention Implementation (CIPI) was a four-year longitudinal intervention study aiming at evaluating the outcome of its intervention—Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT), After Care (AC), and Micro Enterprises (ME)—in reducing drugs use and HIV infection. In CIPI, he worked with consultants to develop a Web Application as a data collection tool, managing the data collection team, and assisting local investigators in submitting the research protocol and study-related documents to Cambodian National Ethics Committee (NEC) and FHI360’s Institutional Review Board (IRB).
