My background is in the line of patient clinical care, Health Systems Management and Health Economics and Policy. Current experience involves on a daily basis management and oversight role in provider payment, claims management, benefit administration, accreditation and quality assurance in recognized hospitals. Job roles include mentoring, coaching, assessments, reporting, oversight role in the management and implementation of processes which include but not limited to primary health care, claims management, benefit administration, accreditation and quality assurance . Participation in decision making forums, local and international forums. My experience span from 7 years in clinical patient care as a Registered Clinical Officer, years of claims payment, design and development of working tools, manuals, policies, guidelines and documents for our operations, training of healthcare providers on quality management in healthcare, conducting hospital assessments that lead to their accreditation, design, development and implementation of benefit packages, reports on all processes above.
