About Christophe Nothomb

Currently co-researcher on the assessment of the sustainability of alternative food systems in the Brussels region, and active in several cooperative food production projects, I have initiated my transition into agroecology, permaculture and food supply systems in 2015. Before that, I designed and managed water, sanitation and hygiene projects in many Southern countries (with Médecins Sans Frontières and as an independant consultant). These projects were either infrastructure or policy oriented, at the grassroot level with community participation but also at institutional levels aiming at systemic changes. We lived in Mozambique from 2001 to 2010.
