Zubin is a Technical Officer at the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research, an international partnership within WHO that seeks to stimulate the generation and use of health policy and systems research to strengthen health systems in LMICs. At the Alliance he is responsible for programs of work on the scale up of Results Based Financing, on issues around Access to Medicines and on the role of Non-State Providers moving towards Universal Health Coverage. Prior to this he has served as a consultant to the World Bank in Cameroon as well as to the Public Health Foundation of India. Zubin has a first degree in medicine from Delhi University and an MSc and SD in Global Health and Population from the Harvard School of Public Health from where he graduated in 2013.
