I am a research, monitoring and evaluation specialist in Southern Africa with experience in evaluation of projects; SRHR programming, programmatic monitoring and verification; capacity building of country offices staff and implementing partners and donor reporting. I hold a Master’s degree in Monitoring and Program Evaluation (Mcom: Mon. & Prog Eval), Masters of Technology in Business Information Systems (Mtech: BIS, Cum Laude), Bachelor of Science Honours (Bsc Honours: Agric Eco, Cum Laude) and Post Graduate Diploma in HIV/AIDS Management (PGDip HIV/AIDS Mgt). I also have a certificate for the World Bank International Program for Development and Evaluation Training (IPDET). I have worked with communities in my present and past roles. I have 3 years of work experience in tertiary education and more than 5 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluation in the Non-Governmental development sector. I have worked with community based organisations and regional development organisations.
