I am Burundian, Medical Doctor, researcher in Public Health with a center of interest for the Health financing system (especially performance based financing : PBF) , Health systems and health services. During these recent years, a particular focus has been on performance-based financing applied to the management of malnutrition in a context of fragility. It was the focus of my thesis at the "Université Catholique de Louvain" where I got the title of PhD in public health.
